Our main location in Ummendorf is growing. With the Cteam Campus, a place is taking shape that will be far more than a modern office, logistics, and training building. It expresses what we stand for as a company: community, continuous development, and the willingness to invest in the future.
On this platform, we document the journey there. We share construction progress, behind-the-scenes insights, and our milestones that shape the project.
Whether as an employee or as a partner, as a curious person or future colleague, whether as part of our Cteam family or as an interested party from outside:

Until completion in spring 2028, we will regularly report here on what is happening at the construction site, which decisions are shaping the campus, and what this place will one day mean for all of us.

Parking Garage Opening
The new multi-story parking garage at the Cteam Campus is now open! In the video, Fleet Manager Tim introduces the new building and explains why the charging infrastructure plays such an important role. A total of 143 additional parking spaces are available, 50 of which already have charging stations. All remaining spaces are technically prepared for future retrofitting.

Mature tree transplanting
Twelve trees had to be moved from their previous location on the Cteam Campus because the space will be needed for the training facility in the future. Instead of cutting them down, they were transplanted within the campus. Further back on the grounds, they have found a new home in the future outdoor and nature area. Construction phase 2 is starting!
We are now moving straight ahead with construction phase 2: As already reported in our Insights article, Geiger was awarded the contract to build the new main building. The first work has now begun on the site, which until now was still a greenfield. This means that the next major section of the campus is visibly taking shape – and we remain fully on schedule.

Last major works
In this update video, you can see the access road to the hall being paved along the parking garage. Colloquially, people still often speak of "tarring." In fact, asphalt is used today, which is based on bitumen and has long since replaced the tar used in the past. Asphalt is particularly resilient and durable, making it ideal for highly stressed traffic areas, and is also a sensible solution from a sustainability perspective.

The logo is crooked
At the end of July, the large Cteam logo was installed on our warehouse. It is clearly visible from the B30 and will also light up as soon as the power installation is complete.

Outdoor areas and hall floor
In this update video, you can see how the concrete surface in the outdoor area is being poured, which will serve as a truck parking lot in the future. We are using concrete because it is particularly stable and durable, preventing the surface from sinking later on. The concrete floor inside the hall has also been completed, covering an area of around 1,700 m². In addition, around 2,800 m² in front of the hall were paved within two weeks, using nearly 100,000 H-shaped paving stones.

16t overhead crane
At the beginning of July, the 16-ton ABUS indoor crane was delivered and installed with the help of a mobile crane. Among other things, it helps with loading and unloading heavy equipment in the 1,000-square-meter cold storage hall.

In June, 252 solar panels were installed on the hall roof, which together produce 117 kWp (kilowatt-peak, the unit of measurement for maximum output).

Multi-storey car park construction
This film shows the construction of the parking garage from the first earthworks to the laying of the floor slabs at the end of April. More information, as well as facts, figures, and data about the parking garage will be available soon under Insights.

Stairwell parking garage
While the façade elements are slowly being delivered and installed at the warehouse, the parking garage’s stairwell is being built first. To do this, 9 precast concrete elements were installed to make the 6 half-levels accessible.

Warehouse Roof
In March, the 16 roof trusses were then mounted on the concrete supports. The shell of the storage office in the heated hall is already in place as well; it will be 1,000 sq m in size and 8 m high - the unheated hall also has 1,000 sq m, but is 12 m high - it will in future serve as a drive-through hall for loading and unloading trucks.

Supports of the warehouse
A total of 33 concrete columns were delivered by heavy transport vehicles and erected with the help of a mobile crane. Anyone looking closely can see that the columns have different heights: the cold hall will be significantly taller than the warm hall.

Groundbreaking for the Cteam Campus
With a ceremonial groundbreaking, the Cteam group has given the official start signal for the construction of their new campus in Ummendorf. On an area of approximately 28,000 m², a future-oriented location is being created with around 200 modern workplaces, a training center including outdoor and indoor training facilities, as well as an extensive storage and logistics area with an attached parking garage.
