Welcome to our
project platform for the Cteam Campus

Our main location in Ummendorf is growing. With the Cteam Campus, a place is taking shape that will be far more than a modern office, logistics, and training building. It expresses what we stand for as a company: community, continuous development, and the willingness to invest in the future.

On this platform, we document the journey there. We share construction progress, behind-the-scenes insights, and our milestones that shape the project.

Whether as an employee or as a partner, as a curious person or future colleague, whether as part of our Cteam family or as an interested party from outside:

Until completion in spring 2028, we will regularly report here on what is happening at the construction site, which decisions are shaping the campus, and what this place will one day mean for all of us.

We look forward to taking this path together with you.

Step by step

After we already discussed the focus on training and continuing education in Leipzig in 2018, we first put these ideas on paper in 2023. With the enormous growth of the Cteam group, a purely continuing education center has evolved into a plan for a whole campus. Since November 2025, we have been building the Cteam campus next to our long-standing headquarters in Ummendorf.

Stairwell parking garage

While the façade elements are slowly being delivered and installed at the warehouse, the parking garage’s stairwell is being built first. To do this, 9 precast concrete elements were installed to make the 6 half-levels accessible.

Warehouse Roof

In March, the 16 roof trusses were then mounted on the concrete supports. The shell of the storage office in the heated hall is already in place as well; it will be 1,000 sq m in size and 8 m high - the unheated hall also has 1,000 sq m, but is 12 m high - it will in future serve as a drive-through hall for loading and unloading trucks.

Supports of the warehouse

A total of 33 concrete columns were delivered by heavy transport vehicles and erected with the help of a mobile crane. Anyone looking closely can see that the columns have different heights: the cold hall will be significantly taller than the warm hall.

With a ceremonial groundbreaking, the Cteam group has given the official start signal for the construction of their new campus in Ummendorf. On an area of approximately 28,000 m², a future-oriented location is being created with around 200 modern workplaces, a training center including outdoor and indoor training facilities, as well as an extensive storage and logistics area with an attached parking garage.
