Our core team

Welcome to our project platform for the Cteam Campus

Whether construction projects, properties, organization, or the further development of our academy and outdoor facilities – each team member takes responsibility in their area of expertise and brings in their individual strengths. Yet, they all share one thing in common: they know our company from their own experience, identify with our philosophy, and make decisions with an eye on what fits us in the long term.

The team is complemented by our long-standing architectural partner, who has supported our development for over 20 years and knows our requirements as well as our corporate culture. This creates a core team that unites diverse perspectives and together establishes the foundation for sustainable and future-oriented decisions.

What I am looking forward to the most:

To the upcoming start of construction and all the beaming faces at the inauguration ceremony 😊

What is particularly important to me about the new campus:

Creating offices/workspaces for everyone that every single person can look forward to!

Andrea Jörg

Assistant to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Assistant to the Executive Board of HL-Holding GmbH

Project Assistant – Hospitality and Organizing Queen – Positive Vibes

What is particularly important to me about the new campus:

All united under one roof

What I'm looking forward to the most:

Exchange & networking, working on our results, and the barista bar 😊

Steffen Schulze

What is particularly important to me about the new campus:

Creating and nurturing vibrant networks is my main priority.

What I am looking forward to the most:

People sharing their knowledge with each other in an environment perfectly created for it.

Subproject Manager Office

What is particularly important to me about the new campus:

That we create a building where people feel comfortable and that is gladly used by everyone -> good occupancy rate

What I'm looking forward to the most:

To all the new opportunities the campus offers and to the lunch 😝

Wilma & Peter Kern

With Cteam since:

Established in 2005 as an architectural office at many Cteam locations

Current role:

Client advisory services in architectural matters

Areas of responsibility within the project team:

We support the Cteam project team with our K2 architectural office on the client side in deciding architectural questions and with professional consulting. We review the design, execution planning, and tenders. We keep the other locations in mind when making decisions.

What is particularly important to me about the new campus:

To let "one Cteam" emerge together with the other locations. To create a place where all employees enjoy coming together to work and find a good working environment.

What I'm looking forward to the most:

To the housewarming party ;-)

We look forward to visits to the new campus, especially to the new Coffice and the great outdoor area. We wish you a successful campus and thus a good start into new times.
