Construction phase 2 of the Cteam Campus awarded: Geiger takes over turnkey construction
Another important step for the Cteam Campus has been achieved: the contract for the second construction phase has been awarded. The contract for the construction of the new office building with the Cteam Academy was awarded to Geiger Schlüsselfertigbau GmbH & Co. KG.
Over the past four weeks, intensive technical and commercial award negotiations have been conducted with the participating bidders. All companies were able to contribute to the process with a high level of professionalism, great commitment and a constructive exchange.
Following the conclusion of the negotiations, the decision was made in favor of Geiger Schlüsselfertigbau GmbH & Co. KG. In addition to the technical and conceptual evaluation, the economic viability of the proposed solution was also a decisive factor.
With Geiger, Cteam gains an experienced partner for the next phase of the campus project. The Geiger Group, headquartered in Oberstdorf, has been active in the construction industry for more than 100 years and has extensive experience in implementing demanding construction projects. In the turnkey construction sector, the company accompanies projects from planning and coordination through to turnkey handover.
The start of construction for the second construction phase is still scheduled for September 2026. Completion is planned for spring 2028.
This means that the further development of the campus is taking concrete shape and the overall project is reaching the next decisive step on the way to a modern place of work, learning, and encounter for Cteam.
