Gallery: Update of the entire construction phase 1
Here we are showing you some pictures that were taken during the joint site inspection on July 21, 2026, showing the progress in construction phase 1, which represents the current status of the warehouse/logistics area and the parking garage.
In the following gallery you can see some pictures of the warehouse.
Row 1: The 1,000 sqm heated hall with the 16t crane
Row 2: The 1,000 sqm unheated hall with the office located inside (the sanitary facilities are being built in the adjoining rooms)
Row 3: The hall from the outside with the completed paved area, which serves as a storage space
And the multi-storey car park will also be finished very soon; here you can see pictures of the stairwell, as well as the 3rd and 4th floors (with a view of the existing building).
The multi-storey car park currently has 6 split-levels with space for 140 vehicles, of which 50 parking spaces are equipped with an e-charging station in the current expansion stage.
Our multi-storey car park can be expanded in the future by a further 4 split-levels. All parking spaces already have a provision for future equipment with a charging station.
