A look at the new traffic routing at the Cteam Campus Ummendorf

At the Cteam Campus Ummendorf, the new warehouse and logistics hall is being built, representing an important area for the future warehouse and logistics infrastructure. In addition to supplementary space and modern technology, traffic management also plays a crucial role. The video shows a 3D visualization of how truck traffic around the new warehouse and logistics hall will be guided through the premises in the future – from the existing building past the new main building, on to the hall, and then back in the direction of Ummendorf.

What can be seen in the video

At the beginning, the truck drives towards the Cteam Campus Ummendorf. On the left, the existing building is visible at first, and shortly after, the new main building appears on the right.

In front of the new warehouse and logistics hall, the truck turns right. The truck then passes the multi-story parking lot and enters the yard area. Parking spaces for trucks are being created there. The paved area will be used as an outdoor storage facility in the future.

From there, the route continues into the cold hall. The new indoor crane is also located there, which makes loading and unloading even more efficient.

After exiting the hall, the truck turns left and then returns to the familiar road heading towards Ummendorf.

The new traffic routing ensures that truck traffic at the warehouse and logistics hall will be clearly organized in the future. At the same time, it creates better conditions for deliveries, pickups, outdoor storage, and internal workflows on campus.
